        Absolutely love the shop, but the blonde haired lady at the tills today seemed to be rather in a mood. I walked up to the till and she didnt even look up at me, didnt even say a word, so i wasnt sure whether to go to her. I walked up all smiles and asked her how she was and she ignored the question and just seemed very rude and miserable.
