    I have dealt with this company quite a few times as have two other family members . Each time they have been very friendly and professional from the ladies in the office to the engineers. They turn up as arranged and ring you to let you know they are on the way. I would recommend them to anybody .

    SEP responded quickly to my telephone call. They arranged for someone to attend the next day between 8 and 12. The Engineer, Ollie, contacted me by phone prior to calling round just after 8. He diagnosed the problem, got the new part and fitted it. Then thoroughly checked the system. Ollie was well mannered, informative and politely replied to my questions. Thank you and well done again Ollie (as he fixed a previous problem in 2020)
