        Lovely guy, good work, reasonably priced. Had turned up late to nearly all appointments prior to the last one. Struggle to get a response from him; most of the time, just straight up didnt turn up at all last appointment, didnt text an apology and didnt call. Sadly cant use again because I dont know if hell turn up. Having to look else where to get my boiler serviced.

        Tennants were experiencing issues with their boiler late on a Friday evening. I rang Ben from BPHS who attended at 0900 the next day to rectify the issue. Very happy with the service, would highly recommend
