Just been here. And won't visit again. Awful customer service. Understand its in a chippy, but don't like the job, go work elsewhere! Asked nicely if they're okay, all I got back was a 'no not really' and that was it. Not even a what about you. In which her colleague laughed, and said, you're worse than *can't remember the name she said* you are. Don't mind a joke, or sarcasm, or if you're having a bad day. Don't take it out on the customer. Didn't feel it was a pleasant service at all. I live nearby and will be going down to brant Road chip shop, as I understand bracebridge heath is owned by the same owners, and would rather stay well away if they employ rude stuff like that.
