Vet carefully examined my cat in a calm and professional way. She understood my worries and concerns as a new cat mum. Would recommend these vets, lovely care shown and compassion.

A more thorough examination would have found the very inflamed glands in her neck causing her temperature and very painful neck which stopped her from being able to eat or drink or move comfortably. For the price, 334 for 3 paracetamol and codein tablets, I'm disappointed. My vet prescribed antibiotics and she's responded within 24hrs.

The care here is phenomenal. The staff are so friendly and calming, we never felt like we didnt know what was going on and were given a number to call during the night at any time so we could check on our dog. The staff have remembered her by name even 2 weeks later and it clearly shows that they put the utmost care into each and every patient. Thank you all so much. Moose is now back to her usual happy self!
