        Quick and effective charge eventually. Car would not connect initially but once connected charge was quick and easy. A great pity that their Customer Service is not as effective, my online account was hacked 3 days ago and despite a phone call and 2, emails I have still not heard from them.

        We currently have an electric loan car from the garage, it needed topping up, so I downloaded the app added a credit card. Got to the charging station in the dark. ( why no proper lighting)? Used our phones and the support of strangers to use the machine, would work on the app (don't know why). Sat in McDonald's for an hour for 50% charge. As a family don't think we are ready for electric cars, too faffy. Charging station did its job though

        Easy to use, drive up and charge up. Prefer to use the app for the payments. Did find the contactless payment on the charger didn't really seem to work. Advertised as a 120kW charger, only got out a max of 60kW.

        Annoying that card payments continually decline on both contactless and chip and pin. Amazingly the same card works on the app.. clearly not a bank or funds issue.
