Diane Genders Solicitors

I liked Diane very much and she educated me to advocate for myself in mediation effectively. She never spoke down to me and I felt empowered which was important. Sometimes I needed to chase up things a little (though most of the time it was slowness on the part of my ex) and its not cheap, but then I dont feel she took an opportunity to take more money than what was needed. My husband refused any spousal maintenance and I ended up with 850 per month for 5 years. I can manage while my children grow and buy my own house now.

I wouldnt recommend this company to any woman with a dependent child, my ex husband kept our half a million house, his half million pension, his car, and me and my 15 y o child went with no house, no car and not enough money to buy a 2 bedroom house. And my solicitor the owner of this company charged me 25.000 ! Wish I didnt have a depression that time, I couldnt think straight, was very poorly and trusted her. Please avoid

Up against Diane Genders in a divorce case I found the experience highly amusing advised, by all I spoke to, that she didnt have a conciliatory bone in her body, was trading on past successes and was a one-trick pony, all of this proved completely true! As led to expect, Diane filled her bank account while attempting to coerce a baseless settlement under threat of court action. Calling her bluff, Diane proved totally ineffective, achieving a very small percentage of the divorce settlement figure sought. If your ex has engaged Diane, fear not rejoice!

If I could give minus stars I would! Avoid at all costs! This company has ruined my families life. Agreed I could pay the final bill when one of two properties completed but during the sale process of both they issued me with a ccj. I now cant buy another property and me and my children will be homeless in 2 weeks when the sale completes. They have absolutely ruined my life and the lives of my 4 children and havent even apologised or offered a reason as to why they didnt wait or at least contact me to advise that they had changed their minds about waiting. Please avoid this company at all costs and find a reputable solicitors.

Reception staff lovely but because they dont offer anytime free. They wanted to charge me 100 + VAT (for 30 mins) OR 200 + VAT (for an hour) just so that they could quote me for our case. So basically I couldnt even speak to a solicitor without paying a minimum of 120!! Whilst I validate the need for self worth. I think this is a new level of greed and exploitation. I prefer to at least say hello to a person before handing over money. Ive no idea how this business operates. Its a shame as well as we would have been a good earner (complex case) for this company with several pensions, property, children and new partners to consider. There loss I suppose.
