The Team at United Agency updated an existing e-commerce store for us, what an exceptional job they did. We had various meetings before & during the process to ensure that the project was heading in the right direction at all times. We are delighted with the outcome. We believe that our customers now have a professional & seamless feel to their shopping experience. We have increased sales & increased our average order value in a short period of time. I have worked with United Agency at the last two organisations I have been employed at. The designers work extremely hard to produce work that is exactly right for the customer, no matter how many iterations may be required. Their main strength is their ability to produce very different styles of design based on customer briefs. I would wholly recommend United Agency.

We thought we just wanted a newer, funkier logo! However, we needed much more and United Agency were incredible from day 1 - they got to know our organisation and its people inside out and were able to tell and sell 'our story' and vision through a full re-brand. This included a new image, logo, website, social media presence and image and design style guidelines. We will forever be grateful for the 're-birth' of our organisation and continue to work with United Agency for various pieces of work 3 years on!
