        Initially we had ordered our euro holiday money EU1,100 from a national on line supplier who whilst unable to accept listing of denominations my telephone calls led us to believe that we would not get 50 eu notes. So we were horrified to get bulk in 50 euro notes. This would have meant most days on holiday we would have to be trying to exchange 50 euro note for a coffee! After some lengthy phone calls the on line supplier agreed to take the euros back and issue a full refund. I then phoned EUROCHANGE Lincoln and spoke to ABBIE ROSE . She was wonderful! and fully understood our concerns. . Abbie agreed to look out for our order and split it into 20,10 and 5 euros. She did all this and let us know when the order was ready to pick up. Picking up the order was faultless and we even exchanged some notes from a trip to japan etc of some 13 years ago. The exchange rate for the euros was as good as the on line supplier. Would we use Eurochange again YES; would we recommend them YES and a big thank you to Abbie. Order number 293316, on 7 April 2023. Would we use the national on line supplier NO WAY.
