        I couldn't be happier with my experience of using Pack & Send, Lincoln. I needed a very specific service involving sending 12 originals paintings to NY for an art fair. I didn't have a clue about customs/taxes or how it would all work. The paintings needed to arrive on a set day in a small time slot. John from pack & send did a lot of research to find me the best and cheapest way to do this. He gave me multiple options and ways to do it. Everything went to plan and I'll certainly be using them again for the next fair.

        Excellent customer service and superb preparation and packing of goods purchased at a recent BBC Auction. Items were of high value (80k+ and quite fragile due to age). Everything was packed individually and then crated for safe shipment to the US. John kept me apprised every step of the way and was kind and courteous. A true pleasure to deal with. Will work with them again! A++
