        Totally shoddy service - family in dire straits struggling with very difficult adopted child that shouldnt be in family home - no support they dont care as long as child is under our roof they drag their feet waiting for a crisis to happen.

        Discusting attitudes. Wouldn't even listen to my concerns then sent a letter saying I said this and that an not a single one of them words came out of my mouth. Should be ashamed! No wonder so many kids are neglected/abused in this country with people like these!

        Don't rate these at all. They tell courts that you're over cramped with out even coming to see the premises. They don't listen to serious concerns. And they take sides in domestic disputes.
