Dragged out a simple exchange with barely any chain to 7 monthly, bad vibes any time we dealt with them. Google shows they have only one 1 star review but when you look there are plenty and good reason. Completed on a Friday (the start of a bank holiday weekend) at 4:45, potentially becoming homeless. They don't care only reason it happed was in fear of being sued. What a nightmare, we choose these becauose they are cheaper, good reason. QUALITY OVER QUANTITY! Choose wisely, and not here.

Very very poor service. Delaying unnecessary case.

Massive thanks to Rhona stuart who took care of our conveyancing! She was prompt and kept us upto date with everything going on enuring we could complete our sale on the agreed date! Highly recommend and will use again in the future. Thank you so much. Kris and Rebecca

We have been waiting since Thursday for exchange when all parties are ready. Apparently it is in a queue for a 'senior conveyancer' to review... the target completion date for the chain is in 2 weeks. The vendor was told yesterday that they were confident exchange will happen today. Prior to this fiasco, the conveyancer in question (Rhona Stuart) sat on a query on an enforcement notice for two weeks despite my solicitors chasing non stop - I had to speak to the council myself to get this resolved. She then claimed that she was off sick for two weeks, but surely you get cover on your case/the supervisor should step in? They certainly like dragging their heels and not what I would expect from a professional services firm. If the case is too complicated for your junior conveyancer, I suggest you hire more competent staff!

I would prefer to have given zero stars to be quite honest. This companies conveyancing team have no clue what they are doing. Asking for incorrect amount of funds, not paying over service charge payments they were supposed to, dragging their heels making a no chain straight forward purchase take 7 months . My advice is even if it costs you more go elsewhere !
