        I came here a few days ago, and was served by a man called Philip, who literally snatched the book out of my hands that I was paying for, and handed me my change in an impatient manner. Has slightly put me off from returning. There used to be a lovely lady who worked here called Jayne, who was always so friendly.

        My little boy had an accident outside here and herons foods. I ask the man working if I could use an ice pack as he was crying loads, he wouldnt even go and look just said dont think so. Pretty sure they would have a first aid kit.
