        Just popped into this Tesco Express to purchase lottery tickets however, I was kept Waiting at the front of the queue whilst the Tesco employees behind the counter were having a good old chat. When they noticed me a lady behind the counter asked how are you? To which I replied OK now you have decided to serve me. When the Tesco employee handed me my lottery tickets not a word no thank you no please just an ignorant silence. This is not a way to treat loyal customers. I really am very disappointed by the customer service at this Tesco Express and will be taking my custom elsewhere in future.

        Worked at tesco a while back, they have a thing where items marked with a yellow label on are free to tesco employees. I would come into this store and take a load of stuff and feed the homeless up and down the high street, until one of the shift leaders laid into me for it, so I stopped going :)
