What a joke of a place the shop keeper who ever the old woman was tonight serving didnt have a clue, how do these people expect to run a business when they have no idea!! So i took an item which was a return for Amazon following the clear instructions that you dont need packaging or a printer as the shop will do it all, it clearly states to take the item to a shop which was on the certain list (which keddington stores are), and they will package and print the label. The stupid shop keeper had no clue and just pointed to a machine in the corner, saying to me we expect customers to package it up Explained what it said on my phone and her ignorance replied well we dont and we dont have time for that Well sorry to tell you, it clearly states take item to store and they will package and label it up, you need to get a grip and learn what services the shop offers and while your at it, learn some manners and customer service!! Luckily Amazon told me to dispose of the item and refunded me after reported her. So do i recommend Keddington Stores?? No I do not, stay well away!!
