McColl's

I have used McColl's for a number of years but this last few months it has gone down hill . Two members off staff are lovley that is Sally and Michelle but the rest I find quite rude especially the manager . He refused to check my lottery on good Friday at 1 pm because he had just empty his till and if I had won wouldn't have money to give me back . It was his manner in which he said it . Then yesterday went in at 5pm to check lottery and was told by a dark hair lady we don't check lottery on Mondays because we don't take a lot of money on Mondays so we wouldn't be able to give you any winning if you win I would have to have goods to the value. What a joke no wounder people don't want to shop there when you have staff like that .

Absolutely awful! Don't bother trying to get your newspapers delivered! Paying for a service that is so inconsistent that its pointless, staff never answer the phone! They say they can't answer if theirs only 1 member of staff but I physically watched two members of staff ignore the phone when we tried ringing. Disgusting service.

Do not even bother making a journey to drop off parcels at this store!! Every single time Ive been to this store theres been an issue, either the printer isnt working and this time Ive taken too many parcels today absolute waste of time. Wont be going here ever again. Customer service is non existent by the bloke on the counter. Disgusted.

Second time Ive been here to send a parcel and been told there is no room in the bag. Been told to pop back tomorrow or the next day like Ive got all the time in the world.
