        Something dodgy going on at that shop as he would not divulge the shops location so I can return a parcel, he kept asking why I need to know. Very rude and borderline aggressive.

        Absolute useless guy... wouldn't know what customer service is even if you hit him on the head with it...! Went to pick up a parcel from DHL with my driving licence, delivery card and email confirmation from DHL....he was shouting at me and wouldn't give my parcel saying my driving licence doesn't have my business name on it and I have to get an ID for my business...! It had to be his wife who then came from upstairs probably hearing him shouting and saving the day.

        Rudest staff ever. Was shouting at me when I was trying to retrieve my parcel. We left the store to try to solve the issue. Later, we came back and the guy then tried to start on my partner the second he walked through the door. I finally retrieved my parcel, I apologised for the confusion and the guy started shouting at me again. Never again!
