As a small business with 60 employees, we needed to outsource our H&S to meet the current and changing regulations affecting our company and employees. We engaged Optimum Safety in September 2021 to carry out an independent audit of our safety systems. Having identified much opportunity for improvement, a programme of works was mutually agreed and then worked upon across several months and into 2022. Optimum's support right from initial engagement and with Chris Owen, through Mick Purvis' extensive help thereafter as we worked through the activity, was always of a high, professional standard. It truly felt as though Mick was one of our team. Personable, approachable, and diligent whilst clearly knowing his stuff! Optimum left us in a much better place. We have no hesitation to recommend their services to others nor to work with them again in the future as need arises.
