        Work repointing brickwork & roof works took place in October 2019 through another company which has since folded. LincsHIA regularly used these contractors & strongly recommended them; they also replaced a bathroom with a walk in shower, with no problems. I have contacted them via email twice after I saw the mess of mortar in one of the gullies whilst checking the guttering this winter & there is more on the other side. This was from one of the jobs done. They have not responded. Supervisor Phil assured me that photos had been taken of all the work done & it was good. We have to sort this out &, with another job on the roof, this will come to 390 quoted by a local workman. This job alone cost my Mum 3827.40, the walk in shower was a separate quote.
