        We arranged for UBL to come back to do our two storey extension as they'd previously done our garden work. Absolutely fantastic the extension looks great and we have so much more room for my family. Looking at the comments about them not turning Luke always came when he arranged to and was always friendly,helpful and professional. His team work really hard with great results. Thanks UBL

        It's really not a reliable person and company. We booked an appointment for a quote in September and we had been told on the day that the quotation would be sent to me in 2 weeks and some jobs can start in October while the other larger job can start on November. However, I received nothing from them after 2 weeks. I have tried to call and text msg the guy (manager) who came to my property but there was no answer. When I called the company, they said that they will find the answer out for me, which they didn't. Today after I called them again, they said that they couldn't do the job so they didn't give us a quote. I am disappointed with their lack of response. If you weren't able to do the job in the first place, then you should've given me an answer instead of wasting my time.

        Dissapointed, eventually got back to me, suggested a time and date to visit, which was agreed apart from 30 minutes later. Then said was going to be late, and then never showed. Phone not answered, and no reply to message left. Could do with a secretary
