Very disappointed with my experience. Bought 2 school jumpers in August. The logos on both started to unravel and fray after only around 3 months of wear. On one of the jumpers, the thread of the logo was hanging down the front. The shop were dismissive and said it was not their problem. They said the jumper was very worn! I e-mailed their customer services, who were just as dismissive. They said the jumper was worn and damaged and suggested it might be due to how it had been washed or dried. Their view was that the jumper had lasted a reasonable length of time - I disagree! This is not a company who is willing to recognise that there might be an issue with what they are selling, at very high prices. Unreasonable, not good value for money and no attempt whatsoever to ensure customers are satisfied. They've got the monopoly and they don't care.

Waited 45 minutes for uniform as they are the only company that sells my child's uniform to be told it's not in stock wait 4 weeks for more stock .... Joke

40 minute wait. Not able to try clothes on so now have to try on at home then come back and queue up again to exchange if needed. No cash accepted. Do not recommend

School Uniform shop closed on Saturday and Sunday, do I need to say more? Useless.
