Worked as a cleaner Good company to work for They always knew from the start when they took over a contract that 3hrs was a struggle to do a particular site As soon as I left, they advertised that job for more time between 2 cleaners, which was unfair to me. They could have done that while I was still working there. I put in extra time without pay and I never complained about using my free time to do so They didnt even ask me if I wanted to return after upping the time

KCC's motto according to their website is "Belief in Customer Service & pride in a job well done". Having just used Kram's services to clean my departed father's bungalow ready for selling, I can say, without contradiction, that they have lived up to and beyond their motto in all respects. Chris and his team of five arrived absolutely spot on time and set about cleaning some 2,900 sq ft of bungalow, every room, bathroom, windows, sills and frames (inside and out), 95mtrs of guttering and even the very cobwebby and neglected garage. They worked virtually non stop for about 4 1/2 hours and genuinely transformed the whole property that had been empty gathering dust for the previous 6 months. Their attention to even the smallest detail was exemplary and the bungalow would have passed a 'white glove' inspection when they had finished. My experience from cradle (dealing with Sara who made all the arrangements) to grave (including paying the bill, which itself was extreamly reasonable) can only be described as GOOD. I am grateful for a task so well executed, especially as I live over 100 miles away. Beyond my expectations would be an understatement. Thanks everybody. Andy
