Not very good delivery on time but wrong order sent and husband is allergic to nuts he ordered the same as usual never had nuts in it before rang and said we didnt spicify a nut allergie wouldnt have been an issue if we had received the correct order

I ordered a meal at 6:30pm and got message saying it would be 19:45 - 20:15 which i accepted how ever after it was late we enquired through Justeat and got a message saying it was delayed and will now be 21:00 -21:30 well that tame came and went and when we tried to ring up they had their phone off the hook. It finally came at 22:20 and driver said that they only concentrate on walk ins. Honestly the food is not worth the wait I prefer the Orient and the service is 100% better.

Fantastic food and usually great service! Website easy to use and ordering is very easy. However so disappointed yesterday when we ordered at 6.05pm, website said 70 minutes then we received an update to say it would be 2 hours. We enquired at 9pm to establish where our delivery was and told it would be another hour. 4 hours totally unacceptable - understand how busy you are due to fantastic food but manage customer expectations has to be a priority? Left with no food on a Saturday night and only option offered was refund
