We usually use Jade Garden, but thought we'd try New Capital because of the good reviews and it us nearer to our home. It arrived nice and hot and relatively quickly. The food wasn't that good, pancake roll was grease and very little meat. The chop suey was bland, needed seasoning. To top it all, we were overcharged. Would have been 5 cheaper getting it from our usual place. Jade Gardens it is for us in future and the food is better.
