CHINA KITCHEN

Me and my partner used to come to Uni in lincoln and wed always get china kitchen. We specifically booked a hotel just so we can get china kitchen again. Weve probably had over the years around 30+ meals from china kitchen, and not even one was bad. Food is always piping hot, the best quality around and the fastest delivery Ive ever seen. Dont waste your time with other Chinese takeaways in Lincoln. China kitchen is the only one you need.

Chow Mein tasted microwaved. Noodles all stuck together, dry and mushy... Classic trait of microwaved noodles. The chicken was slimy and tasted sour, tasted like it had gone off. Had about 3 mouthfuls and was put off eating the rest. Threw up about an hour later. Called to complain and the girl couldn't speak English, so my complaint was dealt with. Will be making a complaint to food hygiene standards.

Had my order turn up late which was annoying, but they where very quick to message me apologising and offering a token to apologise, and the food was on point

Placed an order on just eat. Double checked the menu and everything multiple times to see if there was an extra delivery charge as i was just outside of Lincoln, didnt mention a charge anywhere. Went through and placed the order. Few minutes later they ring me and say there will be a 4 cash charge payable to the driver for delivery. I explain to them that it didnt mention any extra charge and I do not have the cash as I am at work and dont carry any change. They told me I have no choice but to cancel the order. Cancelled the order on just eat, only for them to still charge me as between the time of the phone call and me getting onto the app they had said my food was being prepared. So now Im out of pocket all because they failed to mention the charge before ordering Wouldnt have placed the order if theyd mentioned the cash charge. And wouldve been happy to pay the charge by bank transfer but the lady on the phone wasnt listening to me at all.
