Despite being open, including for another hour. Refused to take the order with no explanation. Quite glad with the stories of charging extra on delivery.

Order constantly cancelled and they rang to say to there would be an extra fee to pay on delivery on top of the original delivery fee paid. Very rude on the phone. Took payment for order twice. Tried to charge extra then rang and said they will not deliver. Contacting bank to make sure refund is issued.

Wouldnt even give it 1 star, awful customer service. Said delivery charge was 1, waited until Id been charged for my food to then ring up and demand I pay 3 on top for delivery. I refused so they cancelled my order. No apology. Useless stay away!

Ordered through Just Eat and really wish I hadn't. Firstly after placing my order I received a phone call to say I had to pay the driver an extra 2 cash because we live 3 miles from their restaurant, no mention of that on Just Eat. I reluctantly agreed and the food arrived on time. The food it's self was absolutely awful. The chicken burger was very over cooked to the point it was solid and was like string. The coating had an overwhelming taste of cinnamon and generally horrid. The beef in the spice box looked like burnt sweeping ups from off the floor and tasted like it. I paid an extra 2.99 for kebab meat but got 5 thin strips, how can that be worth over 9. To add further insult we all had a bad stomach the next morning which I hold the food responsible for. I have logged a complaint at Just Eat because this is not fair, you trust these places when ordering online. Do not buy from here!
