    I bought a Ford Galaxy Titanium X 2011 with 55321 miles from Horton SEAT, I was told that it was an "Approved" Seat vehicle and had been through their SEAT approved Multipoint check. The car was sold to me with faults, Leaking Oil, gearbox fault, Media centre issues. I have been very patient with them. I have informed them that I wish to reject the vehicle under the Sales of Goods act 2015, which I am entitled to do as they have not rectified the faults, after only 2 months of me owning the car, they offered me 10,000. I have only covered 2,100 miles to date. For the first 2 weeks i had it I was in Spain so it didn't move. I have also had to have 2 hire cars, each for a week. I have paid for repairs which I was told I would be reimbursed for (Not happened) They registered the car into my name a week before I collected it and then it miraculously covered 281 miles after the MOT which was done at 55,040. Oliver Horton aranged to call me monday 10/07/2017 at 4.30pm to discuss the issues. by 6.23pm no contact. Got an email eventually in response to mine(I wasn't happy) stating that his meetings had over run. This man, didn't even have the common decency to get one of his minnions, to give me a call and apologise whilst remaking an apointment with me. It just shows how little he can be bothered to rectify a problem caused by selling a car that was faulty from day 1. DO NOT EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE OR BEING TREATED FAIRLY OR IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER FROM HERE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
