First of all they got the dates wrong and turned up 2 or 3 weeks before we had agreed, when they did turn up on the right day a friday they made a good job of the cooker but their carpet cleaner kept tripping the main fuse so the guy that came said he would get it sorted and guaranteed us that the carpets would be cleaned by 10am on the Sunday ready for us to hand the keys in at 11am and the chances are it would be Mr Coleman himself that would come and do it.
After a period of time on the saturday not hearing anything from them my wife tried ringing and left a message for them to get back to us, in fact she left 3 messages and still they didn't get back to us, so on the Sunday she messaged the guy that did the cooker and he said he would try and get hold of the boss and it seems like he couldn't get hold of him either.
So I would just like to thank Mr Coleman for his unprofessional work ethics of letting customers down and we have handed the keys back in and thanks to you will are likely to loose half of our bond money.
