Not a good experience . Poor quality of cleaning .

AVOID, AVOID. AVOID. Did an absolutely rubbish job on my hob and cooker door, left smears and streaks, and orange-coloured runs in the oven. Took forever to get through to someone to request they come back and fix it, was told a manager would come out and rectify, then he just DIDNT TURN UP on day of appointment. Finally got original workers to come back, (15 mins late) who proceeded to patronise me and tell me It doesnt need to be done like that because It was just smears. Bad workmanship (and rude employee), bad customer service, bad communication.

Cant say enough about this company. Did the house move for my mother in law. Punctual, could not do enough to help, friendly and made the whole experience so stress less it was a pleasure. I would recommend this company to anyone and value for money was outstanding given how much effort they put in to make the whole day run smoothly. Have no desire to move home for anyone again in the near further but if I have to will be using this company :)

Called these guys in to do an end of tenancy clean on the cooker, oven, extractor and carpets throughout because we have used them before but rest assured I will never be using them again. First of all they got the dates wrong and turned up 2 or 3 weeks before we had agreed, when they did turn up on the right day a friday they made a good job of the cooker but their carpet cleaner kept tripping the main fuse so the guy that came said he would get it sorted and guaranteed us that the carpets would be cleaned by 10am on the Sunday ready for us to hand the keys in at 11am and the chances are it would be Mr Coleman himself that would come and do it. After a period of time on the saturday not hearing anything from them my wife tried ringing and left a message for them to get back to us, in fact she left 3 messages and still they didn't get back to us, so on the Sunday she messaged the guy that did the cooker and he said he would try and get hold of the boss and it seems like he couldn't get hold of him either. So I would just like to thank Mr Coleman for his unprofessional work ethics of letting customers down and we have handed the keys back in and thanks to you will are likely to loose half of our bond money.
