Absolute waste of time visiting this place. Phoned in advance to view a car. Walked to dealer with my daughter and asked about certain vehicle. Entered office and waited. Asked about viewing car to be told, yeah its unlocked go look for yourself. No assistance whatsoever. Paid a 250 deposit and watched on reg check as car failed MOT. Decided not to purchase the car and couldn't get through to dealer to cancel sale. Daughter and the myself got through to some Absolutely rude person saying we can't get a refund on deposit. Other Gouldings site said we could, neither place knows what the other is doing. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Car developed a fault after 4months of ownership costing 2000. Service was shocking from day 1. Failed to keep me updated after purchase. Turned up to collect and the vehicle wasn't ready due to faults. No communication. After returning the vehicle for inspection they claimed it was fine even after the reports of faults from independent jaguar specialists. Would never purchase a vehicle again from this dealership.

Travelled over 150 miles to purchase a vehicle only to be advised once we got there that they cant release the car as it needs to be MOTD even though the car currently had MOT. Wouldnt mind if this was mentioned prior to us setting off but was not mentioned at all even though we spoke 2-3 times earlier in the day. Waste of a journey and time off work!
