        Absolutely horrible customer service, the coffee is overpriced, asked for coffee syrup and didnt get it, the milk tests like it has gone off and the whole place is extremly dirty and unapealing. Slow service made me miss my train, I was the only person in the shop and they wouldn't even take my order for at last 5min.

        Staff decided that due to staff shortage on Sunday that they were closing at 15.35 instead of 1800 . Two members of staff behind counter only 3 people in drinking coffee can't see problem ....... this costa is advertised as costa and waiting room. Very unhappy they even turned away people saying we're closing in 5 minutes.......
