Excellent local service with friendly drivers

Absolutely disgusted with call Connect service I booked transport for my 91 year old father who is a non weight bearing wheelchair user , he has previously used this service twice to take him into respite with no issues. The third booking to take Dad into care was fine no problems booking the transport minor issue with pick up time . Im in Italy trying to have a break from the 24 hour 7 day a week care that I provide and as the booking for Dads pick up can only be made 7 days ahead my mum attempted to book Dad's pick up for when I get home. Initially the booking office accepted the booking no problem , they then phoned Mum back and cancelled it saying they are not insured for non weight bearing wheelchair users . Leaving us with no alternative than to book a private hire company at a cost of 100.

Trying to book a simple journey to get to work whilst my car is being repaired, going to a busy market town which should be a well used route but no availability Disappointed!

Thankyou call connect you have been a massive help with my son.keeping me updated if needed and treating him with respect all the drivers are also lovley!! Your always polite and go above and beyond for him he loves getting on your bus. We have been using since January and will continue for the foreseeable. Would be lost without the service my daughter has even chosen to use this over a normal standard bus. So handy when your at work and cannot do drop offs Massive thankyou!! Chloe & Freddie x
