Useless company, buses are cancelled regularly with no warnings or explanation, those that do turn up are often late.

The buses in Lincoln are very old and even though have a space for wheelchairs the spaces are no where near wide enough and can not fit any of the newer standard electric wheelchairs due to this and only being able to use public transport as - side note there are NO Wheelchair Taxis in Lincoln! so using these buses caused damage to my wheelchair. On top of this the running times for buses in Lincoln and its surrounding areas is ridiculous, I traveled to Lincoln from Yorkshire in live in the middle of nowhere on the edge of the moors and we have regular buses till 9pm at night and still have regular buses on Sundays and bank holidays uphill 7pm but Lincoln even on a busy work weekday the buses where so sporadic and stoped at 5:30pm which made traveling a absolute nightmare - do Lincoln people only work till 4pm then go home?? no night shift workers or evening workers?? Never been to a place where the bus company only runs part time !!
