Just had a boiler replaced and put in a new position , professional and polite couldn't have asked for a better service

Our boiler stopped working 2 weeks ago. Chris serviced it last few years in a row. He said that he can come to check it on the 3rd of July. He hasn't showed up and not rang/messaged.
