I wish I had read the comment section. I have had the worst experience . I organized a lash lift. At the time of booking, She did not want to do a patch test and I wondered why. Anyways, I had a lash lift 2 days ago, and it did not go well. There was no Lift. I went back this morning to find out what can be done. They said there was nothing they could do. It all made sense. They did not need to do a patch test as they were not doing the process right anyway. I requested for a refund and they refused a refund. I feel horribly cheated and would NOTTTTT in a million years recommend this place to anyone. They have no idea what they are doing. This was an awful experience. I have brought this up with higher management.

terrible. paid 25 out of my own money to get eyelash extensions done and they had already fallen out the day after... i was on holiday and wasnt given any contact details for the business. i went back today and the rude woman told me that there was nothing she could do. i am getting further into this and will make sure that they get shut down because the services are poor. I very rarely write reviews but extremely upset and want to make sure nobody else goes through the same! I had my eyebrows threaded, and have done so from here a few times in the past where it has been fine. I asked for a natural shape, as I usually do, and the woman reassured me that she understood. She put on the gel straight away after threading, which I thought was odd as I am often asked first, and then I noticed they were slightly untrimmed on one side than the other. I asked her to fix this, which she did, and I asked her if they were now even and she told me they were. It wasn't until I got home and the gel had settled that they were most certainly not even!! Very upset as I am already lacking in confidence, and now wanting to hide away until they grow back!!
