Unable to post an envelope with a cheque in it as the letter box was sealed. ATM not working. Access to counters restricted to the minimum hours the staff can get way with.

Very slow service when we visited the branch on Friday, lack of real customer service, an advisor was closely looking at what customers have in their hand to get them to use the self serve machine (rather personal i thought), rather than speak with a person at the cashier desk, most bank advisors may ask at a distance if they can help, but this guy was actually checking what customers had in their hands, he came really close to customers faces (with covid we thought this was bad) not only that, but what people have in their hands is their personal matter, and i am sure they have a brain to be able to ask for help if required. This branch really needs a shake up. A few customers including an elderly lady looked really offended by this forceful level of service and after talking with her she said that she will use the high street branch in future, where there is a more professional level of service, i agree with this, although its quite bad that we have to do this as this is our local branch.

Pathetic, branch open & full of staff but counter closed, might as well shut your doors & save yourself some money.
