If I could score no stars I would ! Is it any wonder the country is in the state its in when even the banks cant organise themselves! Tried opening a joint account . Come in they said , we did in November . Sorry you need to make an appointment, soonest is end of jan !!! Take half a day off work as self employed! Phone call at 9.05 am , app at 9.30 , already on our way . The manager apologies that Chloe is off sick and no one else can do this . We will go to another bank thank you very much

They didn't even come and help me to know what to do and they made me spend a LONG time waiting in line without even coming to help even though they quite clearly saw me
