        Delivery took so long that by the time they arrived, I was away. Contacted customer service and they said there was nothing that they could do. Thankfully they had a date of around a month. They were so dry! Really disappointing, probably the most disappointing cakes I've ever ordered.

        I have just had a slice of lotus biscoff cake in a local restaurant It was that revolting I requested to know where it was bought in from - the original cake company - Lincoln This was the driest , stodgiest, tasteless cake I have eaten in a long time Truly awful

        Unable to deliver on time. Two years I have ordered these as gifts. Both years did not arrive in time to be gifted........waste of time won't be using them again. The cakes aren't that great.....
