I cannot express my gratitude enough for the treatment I received at the Allhear centre today. Excellent!. Every step taken was fully explained to me both in advance and afterwards, and every question I had was fully answered, I was able to see the conditions of my ears on screen for myself.. A truly excellent service!

I have suffered with wax build up for many years and every six months I have sought treatment from the GP practice nurse and of late through private audiologists. I have just moved house and I needed to find a new audiologist. I found out about Lorraine from her website and what a gem she is. I had been in some difficulty for over a week with blocked ears and Lorraine was able to offer me an early appointment. Lorraine is totally professional and took time to understand my medical history, present needs and she created a bespoke approach to my particular needs. Lorraine has a very calm demeanour and she has great empathy and understanding and she put me at ease before the procedure. Lorraine also offered sound aftercare advice so that I can help myself to slow down future wax build up. I have no hesitation in recommending Lorraine and I am relieved and delighted to know that she is at the end of the phone in my hour of need.

Ive just had an appointment with Lorraine at Allhear (North Hykeham). I had a build up of earwax in both my ears. Lorraine is professional and informative. The equipment used is modern and the surgery clean, tidy and sterile. Seeing my issue on the screen was very interesting. The whole procedure, start to finish, was clearly explained by Lorraine. Seeing my ear canals clear again was money very well spent. I do not hesitate to recommend Lorraine at Allhear (North Hykeham).

I have had hearing aids for more than thirty years. I recently began using AllHear and I found Lorraine to be very professional and very much more thorough than previous providers. Appointments are never time restricted and I have learned so much about hearing issues. My hearing aids are, for the first time, very personalised. The premises are hygienic and safe and I have recommended Lorraine to several people.

Would highly recommend Allhear, thorough and professional service. Lorrain meticulous and friendly approach towards the assessment and treatment gave me confidence in the outcomes unlike Specsavers who were thoroughly unprofessional with poor hearing products. No waiting lists and quick follow ups over any queries. Lorraine explained my hearing loss clearly in terms I could understand. Also Covid safe.
