Spicy chicken tastes like battery acid, never had a good experience here

Walked in waited for someone to show us to a table, and waited. Waited some more, nothing. Kitchen staff, waiting staff, bar staff all in veiw. Made eye contact with multiple employees, still no one wanted to do their job so we left. They were not busy, many empty tables covered in abandoned plates. Obviously badly run by lazy staff that don't even clean tables, disgusting. Glad I didn't eat here, imagine how lacks it must be in the kitchen

Had dinner here tonight and it was pretty good, had to wait a while for food but there was a great selection of vegetarian food. I had the plant based chicken fajitas and it was really great, portion sizes were perfect too.

Sunday lunch at Fridays, we dropped in, it was busy but we were shown to a table with no issues. The staff were really friendly, smiles and good atmosphere, Ellie looked after uscand she was fab! The food was quick and tasty. The coffee came with a Lotus Biscoff cream as well!! A great experience but we were in a central table which was a bit of a corridor experience.

To be fair food was good, how ever disappointed with service took over 3hrs hours from start to finish meal, toilets not up to standard, coffee was cold when we started to drink it, very cold kept asking to turn the heat up instead we kept getting cold air from the air con blowing at us. Kid-friendliness: Good with children's birthday party.
