I worked with some very highly skilled, knowledgeable & experienced colleagues, who I still miss. Employees where encouraged & given the opportunity to build on their skills & ability. Being rewarded financially for their achivments. The reason for leaving was to retire. You can have too much of a good thing

Paying less than minimum wage and disguising it as a salary. No satisfactory explanation as to why. Valuing their workers so little that they refuse to pay the minimum. I'll bet the management are not treated with such disdain.
