I cannot recommend Ian enough! I came across him on the internet after looking for someone who could advise on the planning for care fees for the elderly. I found that Ian was a member of SOLLA (Society of Later Life Advisers). I thought that I already had a fairly decent knowledge of this area until I spoke to Ian. His knowledge in terms of the legal, financial and practical implications of trying to plan for the future was absolutely incredible! He has a very caring demeanor and has opened my eyes to a number possibilities I had not even considered! Ian is highly highly recommended by me!!!

Ian helped us with the remortgaging of our property and without a doubt we would not have achieved the deal we did without his help . Ian is a friendly and genuine person who puts his clients first. He guided us through the entire process, which at times was in no way straight forward. Whenever we had any queries or questions he always replied either by phone or email in a very timely manner. During face to face appointments we were always made to feel relaxed and comfortable. The overall service we received was excellent. He was able to access the whole market and identify mortgage providers that were able to offer us what we were looking for with the best interest rates available. His advice was always impartial and honest . He took all of the hard work out of the process , we simply provided him with the information and documents that were required and he pretty much did the rest .The fees paid for his services were worth every penny !
