        Ordered a Christmas gift online for next day delivery 3 days ago and Ive just received the second notification in as many days that the parcel is delayed. Ive asked for a refund on delivery and no response. I will not be using this company again.

        Found this gift shop on my doorstep in North Hykeham. So many lovely things to choose from, staff so kind and helpful. I ordered online and selected click and collect, goods were waiting for me an hour later :)
