No longer do NHS eye tests. They wanted to charge me 170 just for a test! I've bought glasses there before for around 800. They want to charge for an eye test on top of that price. So that's nearly a grand for a test and glasses. What a rip off! Very disappointed.

I bought my glasses from h&w 34 years ago and I'm still wearing them!!. The lenses haven't yellowed or crazed at all and the frames which were altered to fit my crooked face exactly, have held up so well!!! I wish I was still living in London as I need to update the prescription on one lens but sadly I'm no longer in the UK. I'm glad to see the reviews are still glowing....deservedly so! Thanks h&w for a superior product!

Good service and I feel that it is a extensive eye test, but I think they should make it clear what the price is upfront. No one would expect to pay 140 for an eye test. One of the machines is dirty as well, so creates spots all over the eye pictures.
