        Joel W from John Charcoals has provided me with outstanding service. Not only for me but also my friends and business associates. Any time someone has come to me with issues securing a mortgage whether thats from converting 2 flats into 1 or having a conviction, Joel always finds a lender where others cannot. Ive used 4 other brokers in the past and none have come near the level of service I have received from John Charcoals!!

        This review is late... 5 years late. I gave John Charcol 5 stars because they are amazing. They got me an amazing deal for 10 years which has worked out great as mortgage rates are shooting up. I'm totally great full and appreciate all the help I received. My property is at the last stages of renovation. Flooring and kitchen.

        It seems they never worked on my case. Randeep did the first thirty minute consultation in December. Since then I never heard back. I had to chase multiple times, being told each time that my case is "being looked at." Nearly three months later and still nothing. At least with L&C they call you if there is a problem. It's ok if JC don't want to work on my case, just let me know so I can go talk to someone else.
