Easily one of the worst pension companies in the UK. As other reviews have mentioned, they make transferring pensions more difficult than any other administrator. It's especially difficult if you're working with a financial advisor. They will claim it's for consumer protection but oddly all others in the market make it easier and still "protect" consumers. The FCA really needs to investigate this firm and pensions transfer reform is needed. If your company uses them to administer your pension, good luck!
