General Accident

Absolutely AWFUL company steer clear. Incredibly difficult to talk to anyone about ANYTHING. They choose when to respond and when to ignore emails. Blunt and rude responses. If you have a problem your on your own. I Tried to change vehicle on my policy after my lease vehicle returned and they quoted me 160 more per month on a less powerful car. I had three months left of my policy so they wanted almost a whole years premium cost for three months!!!. I said this is absurd and wanted to cancel but of course they want a stupid high cancellation fee. They werent prepared to budge on either and told me thats all they can do. In the cost of living crisis they like to rip people off. Awful company.

Without a doubt the worst insurance company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The customer service is beyond terrible. Its been 9 days and I am still waiting for a refund for money taken out of my account AFTER I cancelled my insurance policy (they said it could take UP TO 48 hours). Absolutely avoid this company.

There are times when you actually need to talk to someone to ask or resolve an issue. Unfortunately General Accident does not allow this. Probably the worst Customer service I have experienced. Their automated phone line runs you around in circles. No wonder people gave left terrible reviews.

Done nothing for me when hit by an insured driver. I had to pay my excess and they refuse to answer my emails when Im trying to get my money back. My renewal quote was crazy high. Dont go with this company
