*UPDATE* Yes, I predicted the exact outcome. It seems you only get a response/resolution when you leave a Google review (as I have previously seen with this company). I believe they have initiated a refund but I've yet to receive it. I will update if/when I receive my refund. In response to their reply, the codes have not worked (for me) and I've had no effective explanation that has resulted in them working. Maybe I will try again later in the year (most likely not with this company) but I've had far too much stress from this to last me the rest of the year. If I do decide to go down this route, I will be looking for alternative options rather than this company. I would recommend (if your product allows) to use the exemptions on Amazon to avoid this absolute unnecessary stressful route. *** Wish I listened to the reviews. Some may say "well, that's your own fault" and rightly so. However, I chose to have faith in this company. This faith has cost me over 100 and they are refusing to give me a refund. The service (for me) has not been fit for purpose. The codes do not work with Amazon and Amazon have no idea why. They are refusing me a refund despite their codes not working and I am not able to use it and nor do I want to any more. I would call this daylight robbery. I know my rights, despite their "T&C's" but they are still refusing to refund me and close my account. If you are umming and arring about using this company then I plead with you not to. The bad reviews are there for a reason so please do not fall victim to the same incompetent system I am. Should this company do the right thing and refund me, I will amend my review.

I am paying 120 per year for using ONE barcode. It is not possible to downgarde my membership. Such a greedy monopoly !

Honestly a disgraceful company, they charge you 140 a year for codes nothing else just codes and they have a monopoly so you cant get these codes elsewhere. Should be shut down.

After being perfectly fine for the first years subscription, they couldnt take payment in October for the renewal and STILL can't take payment with WorldPay (their merchant provider) refusing the payments. Have sent them a direct debit mandate several times and it's just falling on deaf ears.
