Walked in this morning at 9:00 made a booking for 13:00 , before I left they asked for my phone number , gave them all the details.
My office is like 6 min distance , came to the barbershop at 13:08 they have just put in two seats as I just walked in two customers .
They wore saying that I was 8 min late and took other people , that is not fair , had to walk cannot control the red lights etc .
They did not even text me to ask if I am coming ore not on the number I gave them in the morning , these people do not care about your time and they don't use the tools you gave them to contact you either. please AVOID
