        The worst bank ever. They take your money when transferring to accounts for weeks and still not got money back. The customer service is awful, all they tell you is to come back in a few days.

        THE worst bank I have Ever dealt with in all my life . Antiquated systems. Outdated. Terrible app thats barely usable. Rude staff in the Spanish branches . They dont even speak to you politely and pass you from one person to another . Everything has to be done in branch not online or via the phone. I advise any person buying a house in Spain Do NOT use this bank
