        I have placed an order worth 1600. The order was placed 7 days ago, I understand that it takes 5 days to produce the paint so gave Keim a call to follow up. They couldnt find the order so had to call me back. The story is that they were missing a component of the order (its a paint) and that it will now be placed at the front of the queue and sent to production and I shall receive it shortly. Guess what, you couldnt find the order because the order wasnt placed and that is very unprofessional and has caused problems for me.
